ISLA COPENHAGEN RETURNS POLICY
At Isla Copenhagen, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please carefully review our Returns Policy outlined below.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return only after receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The item must not be altered, worn, or used beyond initial try-on for size and fit.
Please note:
Purchasing multiple sizes or variations of the same product with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.
All return shipping costs, including international postage and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
2. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@islacopenhagen.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return in your email.
- Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier in China.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.
Please note that Isla Copenhagen is not responsible for any packages that are lost or delayed during the return shipment.
3. REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Please note:
Shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return conditions stated above.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS ERRORS
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Isla Copenhagen is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@islacopenhagen.com.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and work with you to offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
6. LIABILITY
Isla Copenhagen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information shows that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible to avoid loss or theft.
