ISLA COPENHAGEN SHIPPING POLICY

At Isla Copenhagen, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and accurately.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, as well as your responsibilities as a customer.


1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times range from 6–18 business days, depending on your shipping destination and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as:

  • Public holidays or peak shopping periods
  • Customs inspections or delays
  • Local courier or logistics issues beyond our control

3. SHIPPING METHOD & ORIGIN

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and logistics partners in China.

The shipping carrier and method will depend on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country of residence.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if applicable.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Total weight and dimensions of your order
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases where delivery is delayed due to external circumstances such as customs or courier issues.


5. RESPONSIBILITY DURING SHIPPING

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the order lies with the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
If you need to correct an address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Isla Copenhagen is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unattended or unsecured delivery locations
  • Customs or courier delays beyond our control

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking updates closely.
